Returns and Exchanges
Refunds

Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted only for items that arrive damaged or defective.
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrectly shipped, you must contact timberviewbuilds@timberviewbuilds.com to initiate an exchange request. All exchanges are subject to inspection and approval.
