Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary based on:

  • Your location

  • The shipping method selected

  • Carrier performance

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Delays & Carrier Issues

Timberview Builds is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Carrier issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Events outside of our control

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is the responsibility of the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of purchase at timberviewbuilds@timberviewbuilds.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Approved cases will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Timberview Builds is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
