Refund policy

Refunds:

All sales are final. All sales are processed in U.S. Dollars.
We apologize, but we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are permitted only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrectly shipped, you must contact timberviewbuilds@timberviewbuilds.com to initiate an exchange request. Exchanges are subject to inspection and approval. Exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be new, unused, unworn, and unwashed. Damage must be the result of a manufacturing defect or shipping issue. Exchanges are limited to the same item (same size and style). We do not approve exchanges for size, style, or color changes, buyer’s remorse, normal wear and tear, items damaged after delivery requests submitted after 30 days. After 30 days from the date of purchase, we assume no further liability.
